Hatha yoga is a type of practice that brings you spine health and makes you more productive in life.
The session combines seated and standing poses, or asanas, with guided breathing exercises and concentration.
Hatha yoga poses increase the overall flexibility of the spine, open the pelvic area and the chest. This activates the sympathetic drive and energizes your body and therefore is followed by appropriate relaxation.
Every Monday in May at 18.30, we will meet at Hatha Yoga session with Katerina and increase our body awareness.
